Strait of Hormuz traffic remains active, but recovery stays cautious • • Confirmed vessel activity through the Strait of Hormuz remained steady on 23 June, with 31 verified crossings recorded across commercial and energy-linked vessels. According to #MarineTraffic data, west-to-east movements dominated, while vessels continued to use a mix of Iranian, Omani, and IMO route patterns through the chokepoint. The Strait appears to remain operational under the US-Iran MoU framework, but continued dark-route activity and uncertainty beyond the current 60-day window suggest operators are still moving cautiously rather than returning to fully normal traffic patterns.
