Doctors: The European Union's silence on American-Zionist crimes is regrettable and contrary to human rights claims Doctors in conversation with the President of the Council of Europe: The military aggression of the United States and the Zionist regime against Iran is not only an unprecedented crime against the Iranian nation, but also a gross violation of the rule of law and an attack on all the principles and rules that the European Union claims to protect. Iran had entered the negotiations with the US honestly and with a constructive approach, but for the second time it was subjected to illegal attacks in the middle of the negotiations. This proves that this country does not believe in diplomacy and is only seeking to dictate its own interests. We have respected the sovereignty of neighboring countries and have had no intention of attacking them, but unfortunately, American bases are located in these countries and we are attacked from the territory of these countries, and these countries have not fulfilled their international responsibility to prevent the use of their territory for attacks against Iran. The solution to normalizing the situation is to stop their aggressive attacks. At no point have we sought tension or war, and we have the necessary will to end this war by complying with its requirements, especially the necessary guarantees to prevent a repeat of the aggression. Instead of taking a destructive approach against Iran, Europe should adjust its policies and positions based on international law and in line with constructive and professional interactions. In this conversation, the President of the European Council also emphasized the need to stop the war and tension in the region and expressed concern about the negative political and economic consequences of this war in the world, saying: "European countries have never supported this aggression against Iran and consider it a violation of international law and rules." nournews.ir @Nournews_IR
