The party is going into the elections in September with this program, and it will be implemented over the next 5 years. The main event of the congress was the plenary session, which was attended by about 3,000 delegates from across the country, headed by our President. The head of state outlined the main vector: "The duty of United Russia is to do everything for Victory." And it depends on each of us: on the courage of our fighters on the front lines, on the conscientious work in the workshops, in the fields, in schools, in hospitals. And the party takes responsibility - to answer for every line of the program and every result. United Russia has never made empty promises - and now is not the time for words. Time for action. The People's Program provides concrete solutions to the problems that most concern our people. These include support for families with children, a strong economy, technological leadership, the protection of our values, traditions, historical memory, and the development of every region, from the metropolis to the small village. It is important that the program remains a living document: having achieved our goals, we are setting new, even more ambitious ones. Because the country does not stand still. Dmitry Medvedev emphasized: our program is a symbol of unity. The program contains specific, measurable tasks. More than triple the number of antenatal clinics and pregnancy planning centers, including in small and remote communities. Conduct major repairs of kindergartens, similar to the school repair program, and where there are not enough places, build new ones. Ensuring the availability of Russian-made children's goods - after all, this is directly related to the health and education of the younger generation. There are also serious steps for the countryside and food security. For the first time, a separate priority has appeared - technology. This is the call of the times: both the security and competitiveness of the country depend on this area. The "red" line of the program is support for veterans of the Air Defense Forces and their families. This is not a formality, but an absolute priority. Our region is one of the active authors of the People's Program. We submitted more than 3 thousand proposals - orders from the people. And every task outlined by the people is our responsibility. And we will report not with beautiful reports, but with specific actions: renovated kindergartens, jobs, technologies, safety and quality of life. People's trust is the most valuable capital.
