The Likud submitted a request to the Central Elections Committee to disqualify the Joint List from the elections, as well as MK Ofer Kassif personally. The request claims that the list and Kassif meet the disqualification grounds of denying the existence of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state and supporting an armed struggle against the state. The Likud claims that since Kassif's previous disqualification process, a new and extensive evidentiary foundation has accumulated against him, including his statements and actions during the war and in the international arena. The request to disqualify Kassif was signed by 16 members of the Elections Committee from the Likud, Shas, and United Torah Judaism.

If The Joint List merges with another party prior to the election, all seats won by the resultant merged party, or any joint candidate list through which it contests the election, will be counted. If the results of this election are not definitively known by October 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to the lowest range bracket. This market's resolution will be based solely on the number of seats won by The Joint List in this election. This market will resolve based on the election results, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting.
