The winning broadcaster automatically loses the right to organize the contest if an armed conflict or sensitive geopolitical situation significantly affects the security of the state. Live sound: the new rule prohibits dubbing the main line of soloists with recorded backing tracks, so that the phonogram can no longer mask the flaws of the live performance.
